Summary	0004832: Closing an issue with open children
Description	Closing an issue with open children should give the option of moving the open issues to the parent of this issue. For example. Let's say that there is an issue called "Release 19.1" that is the child of "Release 19.2". All of issue that are children of "Release 19.1" are closed except for 5 lingering issues. When closing "Release 19.1" mantis should give the option of moving the open children to be children of "Release 19.2" (since "Release 19.2" is the parrent of "Release 19.1") or doing nothing, since not all the children of the issue are closed.

grangeway 2014-10-03 17:05 reporter ~0041336	Current behaviour in 1.3.x is to display a warning, but to allow the issue to be resolved: Attention: Not all the children of this issue are yet resolved or closed. Before resolving/closing a parent issue, all the issues related as child with this one should be resolved or closed. Proposal: a) Add CSS to warning message so it stands out b) add possible option to move issues, but maybe this is something that should be done manually as appropriate by end user? (as not everything relationship is child/parent. therefore do nothing?
