Summary	0005277: Add the real name of the submitter of a note in email
Description	It should be great to append the real name of the user who submit a new note in the mail generated by mantis. Especially if lot of notes are entered at the same time because it is not always easy to distinguish email generated from OTHER's notes or OWN ones! For example: "A NOTE has been added to this issue by Patrick Allaert."
