Summary	0005642: Re-report: Private projects don't allow users who have been added to the project use the project...
Description	It's a duplicate of the 0005295. This issue seems to occur again with the last CVS HEAD. If you have a private project and go to manage it, it no longer shows users who have been allowed access to the project. Further, if you add a user, it does NOT disappears from the list (as it should) and does not appear as a user that can use the project. Users who are not administrators have no access to private projects, even when they are granted access.
Additional Information	I have test using the latest source code on CVS, this issue do exists... Please see attached snapshot.
