Summary0005658: Going from summary to view issues with filter gives invalid next page links
Description

When clicking on a link to see issues from the summary page, a temporary filter seems to be created and is correctly given to view_all_bug_page from Summary. But when clicking on next page from view_all_bug_page (when more than 50 items), the filter is lost and all issues are shown.

Steps To Reproduce

Go to Summary Page
Choose a link with more than 50 items on it
Click on it
On the view_all_bug_page click on next page -> The filter is lost and all bugs are shown.
