| Description | while it is possible to monitor a specific issue and get notified if anything changes, it is not possible to be notified whenever a new issue gets added or issues are closed, as long as you are neither a reporter nor watching the issue. A feature that would allow project managers to be notified of all changes on a certain project would be of great help. | ||||
