Currently Mantis has only one feedback status and from the issues lists it's impossible to figure out if some feedback is already completed or not. I think it would be logical to do two separate statuses - "reporter feedback" and "developer feedback". I know this can be done in config file, but I also think this should be in a default config file to make the system more clear for new users.
