Summary	0007287: Condensing duplicate users
Description	If a user forgets their login name, and they create a new account with a duplicate email, there should be a way to combine the two accounts so that the note/bug/history can be forced on the account that is acctually being used and remove the "dead" account.

vboctor 2006-09-29 01:32 manager ~0013537	I agree that this would be a nice feature. We just need to decide how much interaction the administrator does have with such a script. For example, one option is for the script to identify the candidate, the administrator selects the ones to combine, and only those are combined.
