Summary0007388: Custom fields are not shown when resolving multiple issues at once

When setting up Custom fields, it is possible to specify that they should be visible when resolving an issue. This works fine for resolving one issue.
When resolving multiple issues at once (by selecting issues from the list and select Resolve from the combobox) the custom field is NOT shown.
