Summary0007562: Different behavior status update

When changing the status with the Button on the details screen to for example "Resolved", a new screen is presented where additional remarks can be made. In addition that screen presents those custom fields which were stated to be 'required' when resolving the issue. In our case we have 2 fields, Resolve date and Close date which need to be administered when moving an issue to the corresponding status.
When changing the status of an issue through "Update Issue", the additional screen is not presented hence the defined required fields are not updated either.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Define a custom field which is required when resolving an issue.
  2. Create an issue
  3. Resolve issue thru "Change Status Button"
