Summary	0007702: The 'VERSION' fields should be normalized
Description	We currently store VERSION, FIXED IN VERSION and TARGET VERSION denormalized, such that renaming a version will not impact any of the rows using that version. This is wrong, IMHO.

Blue Ninja 2007-01-05 10:01 reporter ~0013899	Agreed - I use a version named "Current Development Version" while working on changes, then rename it to the actual version number upon release. It would make sense that renaming it would affect existing references in the changelogs and such.
