Summary	0008781: Project Assignment - changing default user level to administrator remove all assignments
Description	Create user DEV1 with level Developer assign user DEV1 to one or more private projects. change default user level to ADMINISTRATOR All project assignments are removed. This is a problem if you need temporarily promote a user to administrator for a while, and then return he/she to his/her original level. After this operation user is not able to use any of his/her previously assgined private projects => he/she needs to contact an administrator and request for reconfiguration.
