Summary	0008962: new default value changed the old "custom field" value in the DB
Description	i think i found a bug in the "custom fiels". if you add a custom field, and assign to it a default, it will be added to all of your issue in the database. until now it ok. BUT, if you change the default, it will change the DB again. you can't save it as it was first. only new bugs that you report will save their field. i'll be happy to recive a response and assist if needed.
