Summary0009068: Summary Page does not take overridden Severity/Resolution into account
Description

In file core/summary_api.php references are made to constants: UNABLE_TO_DUPLICATE, DUPLICATE, NOT_A_BUG, FEATURE, TRIVIAL,TEXT. etc.
However, when reconfiguring $g_severity_enum_string & $g_resolution_enum_string vars in the config_inc.php file, these referenced values on the summary page may not exist anymore.

Sugestion:
Add extra configuration options to configure what values to perform the summary on
