Hello

I have a few custom fields; Name, Phone number, Email, ect...
I want these fields to be required when a user is reporting a issue but I do not want them to be shown to a user when they view a issue.

I don't want any random user viewing other users contact details.

The Read Access, Write Access settings seem to be a good place for it.
If they have write access they can set the value on report
If they have read access they can see the value on view.
