Summary	0009538: Assign Private tickets to Updaters
Description	I'm trying to assign private tickets to updaters but can only assign the public tickets, not the private. When I try to, Mantis responds with "Access Denied." The next level, Developers, I can assign to any ticket. I've checked the notes and it looks like it should work, but maybe I'm trying to do something that can't be done? Below are my settings. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
