Description

We updated from v1.1.4 to resolve the 'APPLICATION ERROR #2800'.

We are still experiencing this issue. We are seeing this issue when we try to post using either basic/advanced form.

We are experiencing this issue with user types manager/developer.

Are this point we can't post anything into Mantis.

Additional Information

We have reset our Safari browsers. This clears both cache and cookies. We still see the error.
