Description	New feature request - allow hide (through filter?) tasks that blocked by other tasks.
Steps To Reproduce	goto http://www.mantisbt.org/bugs/view_all_bug_page.php press "Relationships:" Ensure that no possible select "without unresolved childs"
Additional Information	May be it is possible exclude unwanted tasks now, but i can't find it?
