Problem Email Notification (locally installed)
Hi,
I'm newb with mantis. After I faced a lot of problem to install Mantis locally (in my PC lastly succeeded :) ), I still have problem with Email Notification when any action done from any user.
I did all the configuration which are showed in Mantis Manual but it somehow brings nothing to me ...
