Hi all,

whenever a issue is reported :

no mail is sent and the following error message is shown on screen.


SYSTEM WARNING: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: No such host is known.
SYSTEM WARNING: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: unable to connect ...

whenever i report any issue i got the following error on screen.

also no mail is received on reporting errors.

Hi,
I've been using Mantis 1.1.1 for months now and have made a few custom changes to my installation.
However One thing i would like to change in 'closed' status.

currently a "REPORTER" can "CLOSE" an issue but but STATUS in view issues section shows DEVELOPER name.
I tried all but to no avail ...

is it possible to change the format of the mail used in mantis.

specifically i want to customise the font used in mail contents.

i am using Time Localisation directive putenv("TZ=Asia/Calcutta" );
but it shows in 24 hour format.
how can i change the 24 hour time format to 12 hour format.

U r right. i should share the process with u all guys..

i modify the the line given below in config_inc


i turned it to OFF
$g_allow_signup = OFF;

thanks.. i should have tried a liitle bit more before posting....i solved the problem..

how can i remove [ Signup for a new account ] link on login page.
any user should not be given access to create an account.

any help to disable the link on login page?

login mantis as administrtor.
manage users section shows a colomn as enabled.
its shows (X) symbol.

how can i change (X) symbol to other symbol?
