instead of reporter CLOSED status shows developer name

Hi,
I've been using Mantis 1.1.1 for months now and have made a few custom changes to my installation.
However One thing i would like to change in 'closed' status.

currently a "REPORTER" can "CLOSE" an issue but but STATUS in view issues section shows DEVELOPER name.
I tried all but to no avail.

Any help how to do that?
