How about a way to figure out which USER# was assigned to the appropriate username? Is there a table that would store that information or is it also lost once the user is deleted?

Show Deleted User Names
Is there a way to show the deleted user names on old posts instead of the USER# with a strike through it?
I went in and cleaned up all my old users but now my history on bugs is kinda messed up as I don't know who User3 or User29 etc etc. Anyway to show those names?

How can I make it so users cannot enter new issues?
Is there a way to make it so all the users in a project can no longer enter new issues, simply update / change existing issues? I have a project that has ended but I would like to get all the old issues closed up. We have moved to another project but are having problems with users posting in the old ...
