We have installed Mantis 4 years ago and we have lots of file attached to bugs and all of them are in mantis_bug_file_table. I want to turn into files as bug file holder. How can I export files in the table and change the links in appropriate tables accordingly to reach the bug files from file ...

I have a project lets say "My Project". When someone opens a bug in the project "My Project", I want it by an email to assign come developer. Is it possible? It is important because when I forget to look at unassigned bugs, the customer is waiting.
