Feature-Request: Notification-Mail when Editor is changed
Scenario:
The editor-role of a bug is assigned to person A.
Person B takes the editor-role.
I think it would be useful if person A would get an email, that he does not have to continue working on it.

i would like to know if it is possible to add another user to watch a bug?
consider the following scenario:
- A adds a new bug
- A assigns the bug to B
- A known that C should also be notified about the ongoing of the bug and wants to set C to watch the bug
as far as i know C can add ...
