Add another user to watch a bug

Hello,

i would like to know if it is possible to add another user to watch a bug?

consider the following scenario:
- A adds a new bug
- A assigns the bug to B
- A known that C should also be notified about the ongoing of the bug and wants to set C to watch the bug

as far as i know C can add himself to watch the bug. but it would be nice if A could do it for him - directly when the bug has been added...

When you send someone a reminder, this user is added to the users monitoring the issue.
