Think i figured out why this is happing, created the two new states while issues were still open, registered a new issue in a new project and all states work here and their workflows, so its not recommended that new states be created while existing projects are open.

User get e-mails for registration and for reseting passwords.
But on a change of status to feedback i want the reporter of the bug to get notified but this is not happing. In the e-mail notification screen i have status changes to feedback and thats it. I have it enabled for that ...

found the flag in config_defaults show just switched back by replacing advanced_only with both thank you

Too add a new workflow (stage) e.g Reopen does this require a lot of modifing to the code. Any help on this Issue would be great. Working off latest version. I know i need to define the new stage in constant.php & in strings_English php and also in config_defaults were else do i need to modify code ...

When i intially set up Mantis i edited some source code to disable the bug report simple view in a souce file which i can't remember the name. Would be greatful if any one could give me the name of this file.
