E-mail Notification

Iam Mantis 1.0.5,
User get e-mails for registration and for reseting passwords.
But on a change of status to feedback i want the reporter of the bug to get notified but this is not happing. In the e-mail notification screen i have status changes to feedback and thats it. I have it enabled for that user in their profile enabled e-mail on feedback.

Anybody have any idea would be great.Thank you.
