solved: repeating the data import with "mysql default-character-set=utf8 ..." got rid of the misspelled 'Umlaute'.

I have upgraded Mantis from 1.0.0a3 to 1.0.6 and moved it to a new server at the same time, so I had to backup + restore the MySQL database using mysqldump. Basically, everything seems to work, but all the German Umlaute (ä,ö etc.) are now displayed as rubbish (ü instead of ö for example ...
