I set for the user that he should not get any E-Mails, but Mantis is still sending E-Mails upon change of the reported issue (on manage_user_edit_page.php).
What did i wrong or is there any secret page where i can turn off all E-Mails from Mantis?

Is it somehow possible to have the category entries shown in different colors?

Is there any possibility to integrate proofing procedures into Mantis (0.19 or newest rc)?
I mean following:
We are proofing documents with mantis.
These documents should always be proofed the same way:
Every document is a category in our Project
e.g.:
