Category values in different colors?

Is it somehow possible to have the category entries shown in different colors?

Because we are getting the problem that we have many category entries and also they sound sometimes similar.

I don't do those showns any more personally, cause they don't always work for me...

Hi Guys! Is it possible to modify config_defaults_inc.php and other files so that I have colors represent the Serverity of the issue, not the Status? I've got like 15 statuses available here and if I'll use all the colors the Mantis will look like a rainbow.
