Although the manual reads "For installiion, an administrative user/password pair CAN also be
provided." it seems that an administrative password is required.

My installation stops at the first step claiming

Does administrative user have access to the database? ( Access denied for user ...

I've found an easier way to change the default, by changing the default cookie value (which is used while no cookie is saved yet).
