Mantis 1.0.1
I need to send an email (as administrator)l to all Mantis users in order to inform users of upgrade to hardware. Is there an quick way to inform all mantis users?
Another variation would be the ability for project managers to email all users in a project of changes or new fields etc.

Backing up of Attachments in database
Mantis version 1.0.1
I currently have the file upload (attachments) set to be stored in the database. I run a backup script which currently uses mysqldump command to create a dump of the database.
Am I correct in thinking that this does not backup or include attachments to bugs?
