Recording Time against Issues

I am currently using Mantis 1.1.0a2 for tracking our mods and development work. Is there a way of using it to record time against issues? Any addins, or is it part of the core product now? Any suggestions gratefully received

Time tracking is now available in the latest 1.1.0x release.
