Issue detail view customization

Hello!

I am a Mantis newbie but I am very interested in using Mantis in our company. There is only one big problem for me:
The user interface is very ugly! A detail view of an issue is a mess. Sometimes the header of a data field is at the left of a data field, sometimes it is above and it is nearly impossible for newbies to get in touch with it. That is why my colleagues refuse to work with Mantis. They like a clear and modern design like flyspray has.

Is there a way to configure the GUI in a way that it looks like e.g. flyspray? Is there a template system that changes the GUI?
I am not a PHP programmer so I have no idea on how to do it myself in the code.

If you don't know PHP, you won't be able to make the changes.
