Please update the Documentation :)

If this has been covered already, I apologize. I looked and couldn't find it. It's not really a bug so I didn't want to open up a ticket. But it is confusing

if you don't already know how to upgrade

In the mantis/doc folder are the following files:
.htaccess
ChangeLog
CREDITS
CUSTOMIZATION
INSTALL
LICENSE

In the INSTALL file, toward the end, you show the following:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
See the file: UPGRADING
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
### Troubleshooting ###
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
See TROUBLESHOOTING

As far as I can tell, the files UPGRADING & TROUBLESHOOTING do not exist and haven't existed for quite some time. Thanks!
