Wiki: How to link back to Mantis Issue?

Hello,
we have Dokuwiki integrated.
Now I have two questions:

a)
When a User clicks on Wiki in Mantis, how can I open the Wiki Page in a new BrowserWindow?

b)
When the WikiPage is displayed, how can the user go back / jump to to the corresponding Mantis Issue?

Use the syntax ~~Mantis:1234~~ to make a link back to the issue 1234.

We are considering opening wiki pages in a different window or providing the user with an option to open the wiki page on the same or open window through an icon next to the link. This can also be achieved by an improved integration template. You should monitor the following issue:
