DokuWiki: Permission Denied

Hello,
I have Mantis 1.1.1. and Dokuwiki installed (on a hosted Server).
After installation, I also followed these instructions:

When clicking on Wiki in Mantis, the WikiPage shows a Permission denied.

Seems the User in DokuWiki is not authenticated by Mantis.
What kind of Wki do I have to choose during installation: open, public or private (or similar - did not know the exact kinds)?

Any ideas where to look further - or also welcome - how to find out what's going wrong?
