How to make Lotus notes and Mantis play together

I woiuld like when a request comes into lotus email (v7) the data would be put into mantis and it would create a ticket with the status of new.
Can any one help me make this happen?

i have found out that after collecting the mail from LotusNotes server the mail still exists there and doesnt get deleted..
which results in that next time i run bug_report_mail.php. mantis collects the same mail again..
anyone came up with a solution to this?

I'm trying to have lotus note 7 send the email to mantis and mantis create a ticket so we don't have to cut and paste the email into Mantis.
I't would be nice if it would send a auto email with the ticket number to the sender but that is not a big issue right now. we miss some of the email request for service and people get mad. Is this some thing you can help me with or do, any help would be grate.
