Mantisbt as hosted service

We are interested in implementing hosted Mantisbt.

We would like to know if mantisbt guys still provide such a service (http://www.futureware.biz/blog/index.ph ... &tb=1&pb=1)

If yes, can anyone send me some more information about it like

1. how much will it cost us using hosted service ? (approximation)
2. who are the service providers ?

Basically, if you signup with the companies there, we get a commission. If you want us to install Mantis for you, then you pay an extra US$50. Once you are up and running, then you deal directly with the hosting company.
