Note History display problem after upgrade to v1.0.0a3

Just upgraded from 1.0.0a2 to 1.0.0a3. Copied the new files and ran the upgrade scripts in admin successfully. All went smoothly and reported to be complete. However, for some reason the Note history no longer displays at the bottom of any issue view pages where it previously did. Instead I get the following message where the note history list normally would display:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: history_get_events_array() in history_inc.php on line 48.

Previously entered notes are displaying, and I can create new notes - just always get that error message...

I don't see anyone else reporting this, so guess it's probably a gremlin in my particular installation, but does anyone have any ideas? I've tried recopying the a3 files but no joy.

Just a quick note to say that I resolved my problem with the Issue History not displaying. I deleted my entire Mantis directory and re-copied over the new 1.0.0a3 files (plus a copy of my config_inc.php) to my server (instead of copying over the top of the existing files). Everything seems to be working again - so, I don't know what it was, but I got it...
