Mantis support Email piping??? (email based submission)

Hello all,

I read all of Mantis features on Mantis wiki. I don't know that latest Manitis version has a feature support via email or not yet. In the context, user cannot use browser to login Mantis so that they can send mail to support department (e.g. support@abc.com) and Mantis will automatically create a new bug.

Pls, give me more information about it

I remember very early versions of Mantis supporting this, so was surprised to see this gone.

I believe this can be done but it's a plug in that you need to download and install in addition to Mantis. Check the "Customizations" forum. If I happen to run across the therad I'll post a link to it.
