i'm using mantis and i'm wonderig why did you choice to share the tag value between all project? With very differents projects, tags are not similary and it's quite embarrassing to a project to see tags without usefulness.
I agree. I just went through HOOPS to find out the same thing. I have three different projects. For each project there are certain tags and certain people in certain project can do tags. I give these users at the TOP MANTIS project the access levels needed to be able to manage tags within a certain project. I really do not wish these people to have the same kind of access in other projects.
Are there plan to break the tags and access's out by projects rather than MANTIS as a whole ??
