Always alert all users of a projects

I have a single project, and in the project edit area, I managed to get myself and one other user listed, which is what I want.

Now, whether it is me or the other user who enters in a new bug, I would like a email alert to go out. Basically, I want emails sent out to those that are part of the project, so I guess, a way to auto subsribe them to everything new.

Is this possible, and if so, how, and be gentle, I need to know which config file to edit and where and how :-)

With 1.0.0a2 and greater, this is done on a project basis through the Manage -> Manage Configuration -> Email Notifications page.

It does not seem to work, I am using Mantis 1.0.0a3[^]
I have every checkbox checked in the manage email area, two of them do not stick, but there is no option in there for "email on report issue", which is what I want.

At least, I am not getting it, I have three users:
me
test
friend

if test reports an issue, i think a email is sent to friend, at least, the postfix mail log seems to say so, but me does not get one.

Have you disabled any email notifications in the My Account -> Preferences page?

No, as a matter of fact, I have turned them all on.
