about "Workflow Validation"!

there are some errors in WORKFLOW,the following is errors' content:

WORKFLOW VALIDATION

resolved -- You cannot move an issue into this status
closed ---- You cannot move an issue into this status
new ------- You cannot move an issue out of this status
feedback -- You cannot move an issue out of this status

how to resolve the problem,thx!

For resolved and closed, it appears that there is nothing in the columns under these statuses, thus you cannot move an issue into this status.

For new and feedback, there are no checkmarks in the rows, leading to the other message.

although i have checked all, there are the same errors and the checked-boxs' status returns to unchecked status after "update configuration". anyone have faced so problems?
