Database management all messed up

Mantis keeps bugging me about updating my database structure.
However, every one of the supposedly required updates has been implemented already. To satisfy Mantis, I would have to drop columns, then have the update function create them again, and so on.

What can I do do make it shut up?

I use Mantis 1.1.2 on a LAMP Platform with PHP 5.

Before making your upgrade, delete your navigator cache and cookies, close your navigatr, restart it and upgrade.

The upgrade didn't work on my mantis if I don't do that.

Then, delete the admin directory on your server -> that should "make it shut up"
