Filter Search fields are blank

Filter Search fields are blank

Hello there,
I am using Mantis v1.1.2 and I have found like a bug on the Filter Search fields for Platform, OS and OS Version when you are working on the "View Issues" option. There are no options (only appears [any]) and I cannot type (is an option list) something into the box. An I wrong or misusing Mantis or is it already a bug?
Any help will be very appreciated.
