Reporter can only see his own issues

I could't find any information on this... If I log in as a reporter an go to "MyView" (or "View Issues"), I can only see the issues I have reported. But what about issues from other reporters to the same product? Do I miss an option somewhere (version 1.0.0.3a running)? I'd appreciate any suggestions :)

The $g_limit_reporters variable was set to "ON".

I need that the developer just see the issues assigned to him, as the reporter just his own issues.

I'm using the last stable version (0.19.4) and I'll just install the 1.0.0 when I stable version be released.
