Mysql version

Hello,
I've got some troubles installing Mantis.
Here is the message I get:

Checking Database Server Version
Running mysql version 4.0.16-standard:
BAD
MySQL 4.1.0 or later is required for installation.

On my website, I cannot upgrade Mysql.
Is there a way to install Mantis on version of Mysql under 4.0.16?
