Upgrade Instant Mantis to latest Mantis Version

is there a way to upgrade instant mantis to the latest mantis version?

I'm having the same issue,
I'm currently using instant Mantis 1.0.8, I wanna upgrade to the latest version, I guess Instant Mantis 1.1.1.

I checked the site:
http://www.mantisbt.org/wiki/doku.php/m ... is_upgrade
and noticed no procedure has been set yet,

Any suggestions,
