Nothing is saved when a required field is blank

I have a problem and I don't know whether is a bug or not.

When I forget to fill a required field mantis tell me to fill it but when I go back in the browser the whole text has disappeared and I have to refill every field (even sumary,category,etc).

Is maybe related to this bug? http://www.mantisbt.org/bugs/view.php?id=9323

this is fixed at least since 1.1.6
