Restrict viewing, but allow reporting

Is it possible to have a user be able to report issues but limit what they are allowed to view for example:

A user can only view their reported bugs.

Check under Manage Configuration, Workflow Thresholds, there is a checkbox for "Limit reporter's access to their own issues". I think that's what you want.

Thank you for the help. The option "Limit reporter's access to their own issues" in the "Workflow Thresholds" does not have any options available (no check boxes). Also, anyone belonging to the project can see all the issues no matter who reported them. How do I change this?

Olegos was correct.
The option you need is the "Limit reporter's access to their own issues" option on the Manage -> Manage Configurations -> Workflow Thresholds page.
There should be a checkbox immediately to the right of the issue. Once turned on, this restricts users with a Reporter access level or below to only look at issues where they are the issue reporter. It does not apply to users with higher access levels, such as Updaters. You may need to perform some additional configuration if this is not achieving what you want, such as setting the "Update an issue" option so Reporters can update their own issues. You might also want to look at setting up issues as private if necessary, but the "limit reporters" option should be all that you need.
